Japanese Course

こんにちはみなさん！ I have listened to a song in Easter Break unintentionally when I watched youtube videos. The singer is creative. The lyrics of the songs are the hiragana as well as the sentences for daily usage. After I listened to the song for few times, I have revised some phrases which I have forgotten already. I believe the song is useful for all of us to revise the phrases in a relaxing way. Also, the lyrics are encourging. When we feel frustruated when learning the language, this must be a good song to cheer ourselves up.  I recommend all of you to listen to the song when you have free time. Additionally, I have discovered that his channel has translated the lyrics of some chinese pop songs into Japanese and I do love listening to them. Classmates, who are ちゅうごくじんas me, you can go to listen to these songs too. Learning a new language with something you are familiar with will be easier. Hope this works for you guys too!!!

こんしゅうのどようび、ごぜんじゅういちじにあさごはんをたべま した 。そして、ごごさんじはんころ サウスベンド (south bend) の ダウンタウン (downtown) ダンス 競技 (dancing competition) をみました。それから、チョコレートきっさてんでコーヒーをのみました。 こんしゅうのにちようび、 丸一日( whole day) りうでしんりがくのテストのべんきょうをしました。あした、しんりがくのテストがあります。そして、ひるごはんとばんごはんをたべませんてした。

I am going to share my typical day to you. These are things that I will do on every tuesday. ( まいしゅうのかようび） あさ まいあさわたしはよくじゅういちじはんごるおきます。あまりあさごはんをたべません。でも、たいていわたしはミルクをのみます。 ごご いつもわたしはデバートロでじゅうにじごじゅっぷんににほんごのじゅぎょうガあります。 このあとどきときがくしゅくでひるごはんをたべます。 そして、さんじはんにしんりがくのしゅきょうがあります。  ばん まいばんはちじにばんごはんをたべます。そして、りょうのスポーツジムでゆうさんそうんどうをします。わたしはぜんぜんテレビをみません。よくしゅいちじごるしゅくだいをします。ごぜんさんじごるにねます。

I have watched 2 youtube clips in the transportation during my spring break. They are the videos in some Japanese entertainment shows. The clips are about different ways of playing tricks on others. The responses of the ones who are being pranked are so entertaining. It definitely makes me feel relieved. I am also so impressed by the waya and scales of the pranks, as they are way more creative and very true to life compared to those in my hometown, Hong Kong.  When you are stressed by tremendous pressure from study, watching these videos. You will burst your sides with laughters.  They are really fun!! Here's screenshots of those videos. By the way, I have seen the word coffee in my  はるやすみ.  Here it is:)))

しゅうまつ、スケートリンクでアイススケートをします。そして、アイスクリームをたべます。たのしかった。

I do love the things in yellow. Thus, when I am asked to search words in Katakana, I searcrh some of my favourite yellow things. First of all, the katakana of the colour yellow is  イェロー。 My favourite fruits are all in yellow. They are: バナナ（ Banana） マンゴー( Mango) ドリアン( Durian) スポンジボブ is the katakana of SpongeBob, my favorite cartoon character. It is so cute!! Sunflower ( サンフラワー) , which always cheer me up is written in katakana as well. The pronunciation of these katakana are similar to English which is easy to remember.
