Japanese Course

I do love the things in yellow. Thus, when I am asked to search words in Katakana, I searcrh some of my favourite yellow things. First of all, the katakana of the colour yellow is  イェロー。 My favourite fruits are all in yellow. They are: バナナ（ Banana） マンゴー( Mango) ドリアン( Durian) スポンジボブ is the katakana of SpongeBob, my favorite cartoon character. It is so cute!! Sunflower ( サンフラワー) , which always cheer me up is written in katakana as well. The pronunciation of these katakana are similar to English which is easy to remember.

わたしはちゅうごくのはんこん。 Hi Everybody! I come from Hong Kong, a tiny city in China. I would describe Hong Kong as an multicultural city. In my hometown, I can eat food from any country with a ease. On the other hand, as Hong Kong is a colony of British before 1997, we can see Bristish architechture easily. Yet, there are many architechture and food which represents Hong Kong.  I am glad that I can be surrounded by different cultures since I was small. The Main Building of University of Hong Kong (the British Architechture) Pang Uk ( a special type of house in Tai O, Hong Kong) These snacks are Hong Kongers specialties. Apart from multicultural, Hong Kong is an international city which is very busy. There are many commericial buildings in the central district and all of them are very tall. はじめまして 。ようです。わたしはちゅうごくじんです。さんねんせいです。せんこうはしんリがくです。どうぞよろしく おねがいします。 Hello Everyone! My major is psychology. The fundamental reason for me to choose psychology is because of those psychological tests. I love playing those psychological tests online and check which type of person I am. I believe it is so interesting.  Hence,  I choose psychology as I believe I can read others' mind after studying psychology. Yet, it's of course not the truth. There are many statistics and biology in this subject. The reading workload is very heavy as well. Although it's not the same as I have thought, studing the behavior of human in psychology still appeals me! I love my major!

Hajime mashite! Yeung desu. Doozo yoroshiku onegaishimasu! I love playing cello in my spare time since I think it is relaxing. I enjoy the playing musical instrument with different people as well thus I joined orchestra and string ensumble in my home city in the bygone days. It sounds fun to me. Also, I love eating in my spare time, as it can release my stress in a proper way. However, maybe life is sometimes tiring, I am not sure why I can fall asleep so quicky (maybe in 3 seconds), I always sleep in a meal and my friends often take ugly photos of me. Is that a weird hobby? XD

It has been more than two weeks since my arrival here. The weather was extremely cold this weekend, I should celebrate to survive in the severe weather! Just kidding! I am indeed glad to have the chance to experience the weather brought by the Polar Vortex as it is rare. In Hong Kong, when I was cold, my mum would make a cup of ginger tea for me. I drank the ginger tea this weekend and it kept me warm! The tea is from Okinawa, Japen  ( おきなわけん).  I love drinking this so much! Hope I can read the nutrient information label sticked in the back of the tea and buy it directly from Japen. It would be a lot cheaper! :P
